Terms of Service

You may use MugoX's tools, learning features, and other services for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of consent in your country, to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Some features require an account, which you can create with Google Sign-In or an email and password. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at mymugox@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to: use MugoX to violate any law; upload, generate, or process content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; interfere with or disrupt the service, including through excessive automated requests; reverse-engineer or scrape the site beyond what's permitted by robots.txt; or use our tools to build a competing product by systematically extracting our content or code.

MugoX offers free tools with usage limits, which may apply per day, per account, or per IP address depending on the tool and your sign-in status. We may adjust these limits at any time. Tools are provided "as is" — see the Disclaimer for tool-specific limitations, especially for calculators and AI-generated results.

MugoX offers optional premium subscriptions with additional features and higher usage limits, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

MugoX's marketplace, where available, may feature MugoX's own products and/or third-party and affiliate products. Where we link to or feature third-party products, we do not control and are not responsible for those products, their pricing, or the sellers behind them. Marketplace features are still being built out and may change or expand over time.

MugoX's design, code, branding, and original content are owned by MugoX or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Files you process through our tools remain yours — we don't claim any ownership over them, and as described in the Privacy Policy, we don't receive or store them since processing happens in your browser. You retain ownership of any content you submit to us, such as contact form messages, while granting us the right to use it to respond to you.

MugoX may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including Google, Stripe, and others described in the Privacy Policy. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

We aim to keep MugoX available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including individual tools, at any time, with or without notice.

MugoX is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that tools will be error-free, that calculations or AI-generated results will be accurate or complete, or that the service will meet your specific requirements. See our Disclaimer page for details specific to calculators, AI tools, and other results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MugoX and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to MugoX won't exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using MugoX and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or where we're required to do so by law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of MugoX after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
